First I would like to commend Sean at the Newport ave. solutions store for realizing that the customer should receive what they want and not have something forced on them like the guy on Saturday did. I believe you can eliminate some confusion by telling customers that Contour 1 is very much like the old boxes so they know there is an alternative to the voice remote.
