Contour XG1-A

Just got this box. For some reason it recorded channel 2 in low resolution. 

It did record another channel in HD

Any Ideas would be appreciated.

    Hi Gimpy, how did you set up the recording? Was this an individual recording, or a series recording? When scheduling a recording, you have the option to record the show in SD or HD, from only the current channel, or from any channel. - Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

      I was told that this box only received HD. ?

      ok. I figured out how to change that. It is not intuitive.

      lets see what happens tonight.

      Yesterday I installed a host and client, did all the setup...

      when we turned on the boxes today, they went into the setup mode again.??

      how do I avoid that?

        Hi Gimpy, I'm not sure why the boxes repeated the setup process. Are the receivers stuck in the setup process, or are all of your subscribed channels working correctly? - Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
