Verify site permissions allow cookies for the Contour website. Delete watchtv.cox.com cookies to prompt re-entry of Cox credentials. If that doesn't work, try using a different browser.

Thx tried clearing cache and didn’t work. Used chrome instead of safari and it works.

From what I understand about Safari, the browser encourages the blocking of cookies for privacy. You said you tried clearing cache, but you didn't say if you verified cookies were allowed for the Contour website. Was a recent change made to your browser cookies and tracking settings that blocked cookies?
Cox websites require cookies to be allowed in order to function properly.

Thanks, I'm not sure it's my daughter's laptop and I doubt she made changes. She is using chrome now and it's working okay so far so hopefully continues to work.
