Contour DVR aks for room name every time I turn it on. Fix?

Each time I turn on the contour DVR and TV in the family room it asks me to name the room it is in.  This is a huge pain and I want to know how to do this once and done.  Someone help before I get rid of this system.

    I would like to look into your issue to see what may be causing this problem for you. In order to do so, we would need to check your account to see what may be causing this issue.
