I upgraded to the cloud DVR about 2 years ago and saw that these were being upgraded on December 11th. I called "customer service" to see what I needed to do and was told by the outsourced customer service rep that I will need to upgrade my entire system to Panoramic Wi-Fi to keep my DVR working and my 3 mini boxes. Am I getting the correct information? Do you require Panoramic Wi-Fi now to keep Cox services working? I am using my own Arris SB6190 cable modem and a separate router and Wi-Fi that work just fine.
