Contour cloud DVR poor video quality

I have Cox Contour 2 HD cloud DVR whole home receiver and 2 contour 2 boxes. I have been experiencing poor quality, less than HD video that comes and goes on live and recorded video. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue.I have replaced all 3 boxes in the last 3 months before the problem surfaced.
