Contour Box Will Not Turn On

Contour box will not turn on. I’ve changed the batteries in the remote, twice. I even tried a spare remote. If I reboot the box it will then work for a while, but revert to not working overnight.

    @Omega, I too recommend swapping the box at the nearest Cox retail store. Please let us know if you continue to experience issues with the service after swapping the boxes. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
