Contour App unusable, nonstop outage for two weeks

So i moved into my apartment, love the place but COX **.  Of the two weeks I've been here, the service has worked maybe 4 days.  Almost every night I have to reboot my Contour receiver.  Sometimes multiple times per night.  And they say I'm in an outage.  Literally six days out of eight, I'm in an outage.  I've had someone come out to look at my equipment, redid most of my connections and nothing has helped.  The lady I spoke with yesterday said the real problem MUST be the batteries in my remote.

Pathetic service.
