Contour app missing channels: error 12012

Yesterday, channels available on cable were available on the contour app (iPad, iPhone, web browser). However this morning, many channels are missing with error message: Subscription Required:: 12012. The same channels are still available today via cable. What gives?

  • Hi Fred. For further troubleshooting, please send an email to and include the complete address, name on the account and some of the channels that you are not able to get on the Contour app. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator
