Contour 2 Recording goes back to beginning when fast forwarding.

When fast forwarding during playback the recording goes back to the beginning.  Your place is lost and you have to forward from the beginning of the recording.  This only seems to happen on long recordings like football games.

    Hello NedsNSpain. How are you viewing the DVR recording when this issue comes up? Is this issue happening when attempting to view on any cable box (host or client), or if cloud by some other means of viewing?
