If I just select a show from program guide no it just reverts to whatever program I’m watching. If I do an unscheduled manual recording it records but when I try watching I get a xre 06026 message.

Thanks it would be nice if we had a way to check the status of a problem ticket. This is the third ticket on this same issue. The first two were closed without fixing the problem or informing me they were closing them. Communication from cox support is pretty much horrible.

- I installed the contour app on my iPhone and can’t record espn or espn2 with that either I get 403 we are sorry something is not working correctly. My account must not be set up properly. This seems pretty obvious to me. Why can’t you fix this. It’s been reported since November 3rd.
