Constant Blinking of Live Cable TV
My TV constantly blinks while watching live cable. I have rest the countor receiver several times by myself and have had a Cox representative reset it twice while on chat. This has not helped at all....

Does the picture cycle through flickers or flashes of blue, then white and then normal...then blue, then white, then normal, etc?
I occasionally get that as well but not constantly. My makeshift fix is to tune to an SD channel and "Previous Channel" back to my HD program. I don't know why but switching to SD clears it up.
Any SD channel works but I use 800 because the keys are conveniently close together.
