Hello, Is this happening with all tvs in the home or just one? Also, please unplug the power from the cable box for 2 mins and let us know if that helps. Lastly, are the affected commercials louder than normal? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

Every TV does this. Unplugging doesn’t help, and the commercials stay the same volume.
