Commercial inserts on Morning Joe on MSNBC running long

Whey Morning Joe on MSNBC goes to commercial, you guys are inserting commercials that are running longer than the allotted length of the commercial break.  As a result the beginning of the next segme...

I did this but why should I have to?  Issue posted on the forum so answer on the forum.
