CNBC live does not work on any of devices connected to Cox?

Hi I just moved in and have Cox internet,CNBC live will not work on any of devices? The audio only works but the live broadcast is just a black screen, this the same on my Samsung tablet, TV, Motorola phone and hp computer. Does Cox block CNBC, same if I use the CNBC app, or use computer? Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi William, Cox doesn't block CNBC or any other internet content you want to view. Are you trying to watch content through an app or through https://www.cnbc.com/live-tv/? You may need to have an active subscription to CNBC. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
