Channels

Since over half my channels have been shut down for Cox channel consolidation. Will my monthly bill also go down?

    "Channel consolidation"?  Do you mean Cox remapping HD channels from 1000+ channel numbers to 3 digits?  The Guide view should show all your subscribed channels.  Press Guide twice and select HD Channels.

    Hi Fstkil, I apologize for the confusion with the HD channels! We removed the duplicate HD channels found on channel numbers 1000 through 1950. You can continue to watch your favorite channels in HD on the corresponding 1, 2, or 3-digit channel. For example, channel 1034 = 34. We've made this change to simplify things for you. Your favorite channels and any parental controls are not impacted by this change. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
