Channel 36 (CNN) & Channel 47 (FNN) are unavailable

For three (3) days, since Wednesday, 7/1/20, channel's 36 & 47 have "scrambled" signals. The carrier is established but the transmission is unwatchable. When I go to either channel, there is a Cox me...
