If you haven't done this yet, please disconnect the power cord and cable line from both ends. Then, reconnect. If the issue continues, we recommend that a technician come out to further investigate. Please send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your full name, account holder's name, street address, and your availability for the service appointment.
