Hi @CFMonroe,
Please make sure to unplug your box, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Is channel 18 the only channel that is missing from your channel line up?

There is nothing wrong with my set top box. Several cox customers in my service area see the same message. Channel 18 Estrella TV is not missing from my channel line up. It is still in the guide and programming is listed normally, but all any of us see when we tune to the channel is a screen displaying the message quoted above. I had hoped you, or someone, might have some information as to when the channel plans to resume broadcasting its content normally.

Are you also having the same issue on channel 2018 and all boxes if more than one?
