I cannot watch or record any of the 670-680 channels (center ice NHL hockey package) it keeps saying there is a problem on their end with DVR but it’s been three days of it. Anyone else having the problem?
I have had the same problem since March 31. A tech was here Saturday and wrote a ticket. I got a robocall Monday saying problem fixed but it wasn't. A Tech is coming back today but I doubt they will be able to fix it. I am very unhappy.
I also tried paying the $29.99 to sign up for the rest of the Center Ice season hoping it might send a reauthorize signal but I wasn't allowed to put it in my cart I suspect because I am already subscribed. This is truly messed up.
