CBS in Vegas losing coverage tonight?

Has Cox settled the issue with KLAS-Channel 8/CBS in Las Vegas? There's been a ticker saying we might lose coverage at midnight tonight...this happened in 2016, that channel went out for about a week and hope it doesn't happen again
