CASt message after install
Just installed my new contour. TV is stuck on the "Welcome Connecting to your entertainment experience" and box says CASt.
I've double check all connections for bends etc. and all are good.
Wondering could this have something to do with coming from Dish to Cox?
We had Cox years before so I know the internal portion of the house is good.
Would I have unfortunately pay to have the external box checked out now?
Hoping its just a phone call situation though.
