Can't record show from Cox online TV Listings - says I don't have TV Service??

I never know when this TV Listing is going to only show me a handful of channels or all that I receive. I've recorded shows from the online TV listings in the past, but tonight, even being signed in,...

        Still happening. I hate that I have to turn on my big plasma TV just to record a show.
