cannot watch olympics VOD's

I can stream any channel that my subscription allows but I cannot watch any video on demand/recorded videos.  I keep getting the: 

We're Sorry

It looks like your TV subscription does not provide access to this service. Please contact your TV provider for more information.

Most of the time it shows an error/white blank screen with an error code like it cannot find the authentication server.  Can you help me figure out why i cannot watch the replays?
