Cancellation

Just got off the phone with Joshua in cancellation who required 15 minutes to cancel the account and was extremely rude and unprofessional. We definitely won't be back and I hope other people don't have the same experience.

      Just a thought.  This may fall under "exchange ideas" or "offer help," such as to recommend another method to cancel your service or to avoid Joshua.  Cox removed the word "technical" from its Guidelines.  The word is still in the 10-year-old Sticky, but I think the Guidelines would take precedence for usage policy.

        That's a stretch. OP didn't offer any suggestions to avoid Joshua. Just a complaint that he was rude and unprofessional. It is politely worded, so I take no offense to it being here, just saying DSLReports might get more views.
