Hello Elle123, I apologize that you have equipment that you do not need. To return the equipment you can: 1) Drop it off at a local Cox Solution Store 2) Drop it off at a UPS Store. There is no need for a box or a shipping label, simply bring your equipment to your local UPS Store. 3) Contact us by phone or by chat to request a pre-paid box to mail back your equipment.
