For several days now again channel 19, every few seconds loses audio and occasional picture drop. Went through this a month or so and your rep said it was a third party problem. It was fixed. Now it’s back. Please get this fixed.
every few seconds loses audio and occasional picture drop... I have the same problem, but with a variety of channels, 37, 40, 48, 53 (my most viewed), and this has been an ongoing issue … I agree!! please get it fixed!!!
Obviously their support team doesn’t care because normally they at least post they’ve reported it but so far CRICKETS.
