I don't want you to feel this way. We do care. I'm sorry to hear you are impacted by the known issue some customers are experiencing when launching Apple TV+ and/or attempting to play content using Apple TV+ on your contour device. We are aware and are working to address this issue as quickly as possible. At this time we have no additional information available. Until the issue is resolved please access content using the web or mobile version of the app. I know this has been frustrating and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
