Amazon shows won’t open

Over the past two weeks or so I been having trouble launching Amazon shows within the app through my Contour box. The app opens okay, but the individual shows will not. If I launch the app via my “smart TV” everything works fine. I recently upgraded to the “everything” package.

    Perhaps the upgrade reset your account to an initial activation.  Are your credential for Amazon still within the Contour app?
