Hello, being that our wireless boxes get their signal from our Panoramic WiFi modems. Please power down the cable boxes and cable modem. Power up the modem first, then when if has fully sync'd up. Power up the cable boxes. If you would still receive this error. We can definitely be able to assist you with this issue.
