Access to old bills after service transfer

I couldn't find a more appropriate subforum for this question.  I recently transferred my service, and my new bill is significantly higher than my previous bills.  I would like to compare the itemized charges, but the bills from my previous address are under a different account number which is no longer accessible under my online login.  Is there a way to access my previous bills?
