I'm in CT and I called in when I got my bill. There were about 6 or 7 charges to the Arizona phone # given for simultaneous ring, but they were only for the first couple of days after I activated Nomorobo. The rest of the month showed no charges despite having an average of 5 calls blocked per day. Billing knew of the issue and reversed the charges, and my bill was adjusted accordingly.

I had no idea that the AZ number was being used outside the state. Maybe the issue is resolved, but I'll have to wait until the next bill to find out. When I called customer service, they said they cannot see activity on the account in real time, only what is on the bill. That didn't sound right, but I'll wait to find out when the next bill posts....
- Becky7 years agoModeratorWe haven't received any updates regarding Nomorobo access numbers. However, a script was run on 8/6/18 correcting accounts that were billed for Nomorobo calls in error. Credits were issued to these accounts automatically. I don't know if these means the issue of charging for each robocall has been resolved. It's possible that we may see automatic credits post again next month. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
