Scammers and shady business practices

I’ve been with Cox since 2020 and signed up for WiFi for $70 a month, that is all I have through them. It was brought to my attention that they were in fact charging me $186 a month and they told me it was because my promotion ended in September of 2023. I was never talked to about a promotion or the fact that it had ended. I escalated this to their executive team and the woman I spoke with Sharon, what a joke that was. Completely defensive and said they emailed me, I asked for her to send me proof of the email.. you think I got one??? NOPE! Their shady business practices explain why they just got sued for $13MM and yet they are STILL scamming consumers and not taking accountability. Do not sign up with them.. they will promise you one thing and the next thing you know your bill continues to increase.
