I finally got a message from nomorobo, and a phone number (866) 732-6185 to use. However, when I put this number in as a simultaneous ring number, the "Save" function in phone tools returns an error message that "We are sorry, we were unable to save your settings. Please try again." Could it be that Cox has to also activate the number somehow, or maybe allow the (866) area code? Please advise...
