Hello, the symptoms you are describing could be indicative of a signal issue, and we're extremely sorry you have to experience this type of thing. Would you mind forwarding a link to this forum post to our team at cox.help@cox.com? I sent an email as you requested above. Let's see if we can get this resolved as a matter of urgency as this is not the best place to be right now and is extremely frustrating. I was holding an all day workshop from home today due to the weather condition and it happened multiple times that the people on the other side couldn't hear me and had to hang up and call them back from my cell phone- Less than ideal to pay for a landline that you can't depend on!
