Do you work for them I have spent hours and hours on the phone with tech troubleshooting and resetting everyday. Also had multiple visits from field techs that can’t fix the problem on the poles outside my house involved burned cables and defective parts which are in turn making my service not able to be solved from in my house. Problem is outside buddy. Are you going to help me climb up the telephone poles and fix what’s wrong outside? I am not venting I am warning you this company isn’t a fair one.

No, I don't work for them. If you had read the welcome post like is the proper thing to do when joining a forum, you would see this is a place for users to help other users troubleshoot. It isn't a place to soapbox and "warn" people that Cox is a bad company. What do you think that will accomplish? Are you imagining a situation where a person with Cox randomly find this forum, sees your post and thinks "well darn, I better cancel my service"? This post wasn't about you trying to help people. You did it because it made you feel better. If you were nice, I would have tried to help. Shown you how to escalate the situation. But now I will just ignore you. Happy Valentines Day. 😍
