Wifi unstable

In Tulsa, our wifi has been unstable intermittently throughout the day for 3 weeks. Cox is not answering calls or chat. What do I do?

    I did take a look from this end and so far everything looks to be working as it should Can you try testing a wired connection and see if that is working any better?
