 Is it just wifi or wired connections too? If only wifi, can you still see your network?  Can  you connect even if you can't get online? Do you get a IP? Can you ping the router? If wired too, does the light change on the Panoramic gateway?

PS. There is no such thing as a "wifi provider". Wifi is just the tech between your wifi devices and the router. What you mean is "internet" or a internet service provider(ISP).
