Why me?

I've put in so many tickets, and I'm so tired of this. This is a line issue or a cox equipment issue and I should not have to make a phone call weekly have techs out to fix issues on the line. BTW this is (2) days worth of data...

    Hello, we apologize for the delayed response. I am detecting signal issues on your modem as well as tremendous packet loss. I feel it is best to send out another technician to the home to diagnose and correct the issues.       I need ticket numbers man. This filing a Fcc complaint to take care of these issues is an problem. I'd like a number, so it can be recalled each week, instead of starting again.

      btw, still buffering work and youtube, shouldnt be prime time issues...
