maybe your neighbors broadcasting on the same wifi channel as yours and they come home at 4pm and start using their internet … interference... try doing a wifi site survey with an app on your smartphone such as Wifi Analyzer or Wifi Man to see which channels are the most cluttered
entering prime time.
