Thankfully, it's for naught .. at about 9 a.m. today, my Outlook magically started working again.
We've seen that problem before .. immediately after the last big internet services 'update'. That time, it took 3 or 4 days for COX to acknowledge the problem and 'fix' it. I'm glad it was fixed less than 6 hours after my complaint.
'Don't know why it happens; 'Just glad the issue is resolved. I don't like web mail and I refuse to use IMAP.
