Why are the forums settings broken?

I am unable to change forums settings. I cannot turn off email notifications, I cannot save a signature. I have tried on 2 different browsers, no changes, when I click on save, I get a JAVASCRIPT (0) pop up, then nothing. 

Any suggestions?

    Same. It's not just options either. It's all the headings under settings. Here is a picture of the error.
