I would like to know this as well, I'm paying for gigablast and my speeds are throttled all day

We never throttle any of our customer's internet speeds. We have seen an increase in internet traffic due to the coronavirus crisis. The issues you're experiencing may be related to higher traffic in your neighborhood. However, we cannot know for sure until we investigate your account.
