Who is this agent? The hell is wrong with him

So I contacted Cox about a question with my bill for this month and while I wait for this agent to get my account up, they started convincing me about upgrading my plan, to which I said no to 3 times in a row, and the agent still decided to go upgrade my plan. The hell? How do I report this dude. I have screenshots of the whole chat and I also got his name in there as well.
