Who can I email feedback to regarding poor quality service from online chat? Also, why is it so hard to locate a customer service phone number?

Well, "moderator' was a loose term. I was also thinking employees, phone reps, leadership trying to keep a feel of the pulse of what's happening on the Cox domain.
The Forum, facespace, twatter...to see what's going on out there. Maybe it's just me.
twatter is like the Wild West of virtual customer support.
