My 'Data Usage activities' don't currently include “Network Management & Testing”. It was included last month, but for only a very small percentage. "Communication Applications' is new this month for the same small percentage. Cox may have renamed the "NM&T" usage category last month.
Thanks for the ideas all! I feel like as many posts about this “network management” as I’ve seen it’s not as simple as everyone’s neighbors hijacking their WiFi. Especially too since on the cox app you can see all the devices linked and I haven’t seen any I don’t recognize. I’m monitoring the usage but also afraid it will come back at some point and force me to switch providers and it does come back.
