Hello Stephen M,
Then testing your connection for the proper speeds vs. service level. We require all testing to be performed via a wired connection directly to the WAN port of the modem in use as we cannot support anything beyond that point. Please perform this test and if unable to obtain the service level speeds, please contact us on Twitter at @CoxHelp, visit us on Facebook, or email by at cox.help@cox.com. Provide us the name on the account with the full service address with a link to this thread so we can get started. If needed we can assist you there with getting a tech out to the home if required.
