Website Error

When trying to access this www.cox.com/.../copyrights.html I get the following error: "Field Failed Validation Check: failed on field 'accountNumber9' due to reason: Character length(8) value is lesser than the minimum required length of: 9."

    What browser are you using? Also, try clearing the cache and cookies to see if that helps.

      I am using google chrome but I tried it on Edge and firefox with the same result

        I'm not seeing any open tickets for maintenance on cox.com. Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies?
