WatchTv buffering badly

[Vegas] Why is the watchtv service so sketchy. I've tried an old computer and a new computer, hardwired to router and several channels. Fast Internet. All channels buffer after a few minutes. Specifically trying to watch RedZone and buffers too much. Even local channel buffers.

Also Adobe support for Flash ends 12/31/2020 are you working on an html5 version of this service?
