They replied and let me know there are "intermittent signal issues" in the area that are being worked on, and that may be causing the slow upload speed. I've had a few neighbors comment about it as well.
I've had a few different errors in my event log very early this morning (i.e., midnight to 0100) also. I'll see if I can summarize them below, without the MAC address to hopefully make it more legible:
- Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out
- Unicast DSID PSN startup error
- Dynamic Range Window violation
- TLV-11 - unrecognized OID
- DHCP WARNING - Non-critical field invalid in response
- No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out
- SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing
- Resetting the cable modem due to docsDevResetNow
- REG RSP not received
- DHCP FAILED - Request sent, No response
- DHCP FAILED - Discover sent, no offer received
The last time I had a string of these types of errors was back in mid-November, and then again back in mid-October.
Not sure if that's helpful.
